We’re back on a miniature roll again now with our second week in profit mainly thanks to the bulldogs taking care of the lions with ease. Heading into this week and I’m actually quietly confident again with some lines that I think are favorable but it can also be hard to judge how teams come back after a week off especially against teams that played last week. First game of the round interests me the most as I think Fremantle were desperate for the freshen up over the bye week and could come out and demolish the Pies in WA. Collingwood have put together a nice season but Freo in perth when they’ve had a weeks break to freshen up is a hard task and I just feel the 19.5 line is rather generous to the pies. Hardest game of the week I would say is Suns v Blues where you might give Carlton the edge because its at Etihad, but in saying that Suns have had a freshen up and bringing back a number of players. Interesting game and as per the bets below hopefully Gold Coast can get up.

As I said last week I attended the hawks/crows match and like I anticipated it was freezing at the game. Was still a good game to watch but Hawthorn just proved they still have the class to take care of the middle of the pack clubs with ease. Side note, Dangerfield barely look interested and whilst he collected a lot of ball like usual I’ve got my hunch that he’s heading back to victoria next year. Anyhow on to this weeks bets:

Personal Bets
I’ve placed another person bet this week on Fremantle -19.5 with Topsport for $20. I just feel like their per performances prior to the bye in wet weather footy have been blown out of proportion a bit and that they should get the job done at home by more than 3 goal vs collingwood.

Also just another thing to keep an eye out for – I don’t generally place ‘middle’ bets where the line differs by a reasonable amount between two bookies but it seems like there were some gaps this weekend. For example at the time of placing my bet you could have got on Swans -24.5 with Centrebet at $1.91 and Richmond +28.5 with Topsport for $2.00. Only a 4 point gap but if the score lands in this zone then your looking at a hefty profit vs only a minimal loss if Swans won by more than 28.5.

Anyway just something to keep an eye out for and is the benefit of utilizing multiple bookies. Lets hope we can have another profitable week!
